The family of the late Richard Johnston wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement. Thank you to all our relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us with Mass and sympathy cards, phone calls, tributes and a show of respect for Richard’s Funeral Cortége. Many thanks to the McCann Family for binging Benjie the dog to Richard’s funeral. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Antrim Area Hospital and to the Care Homes for their professional and attentive care to Richard, social worker Mairead Brogan, the grave diggers and nieces Geraldine and Siobhan for being so helpful. Grateful thanks to all those who gave donations in lieu of flowers. Our gratitude to Fr. Gates and Fr. Fox for all their help, spiritual support and guidance through these difficult times. Thanks to Jordan and staff at Garvin’s Funeral Service for the dignified and caring manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
