BEATTIE (née Mackrell) – May 15, 2021 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, Margaret, dearly beloved wife of Noel, 31 Killyneese Road, Castledawson, much loved and devoted mother of Karen, dearest mother-in-law of Alan, much loved granny of Bobby and Grace, dear sister-in-law of David and Sadie and loving sister of the late Isobel and Roy. House strictly private due to current government restrictions. A service for family and friends will take place. Family flowers only please. VARADI – May 12, 2021 (peacefully) at Galgorm Care Home, Zoltan R.I.P., 56 Galgorm Road, Ballymena. Sadly missed by his family and friends both here in Northern Ireland and in Romania. A private cremation was held on Monday, May 17, at Roselawn Crematorium. “Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul”.

KIRKWOOD (née Catherwood) – May 8, 2021 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, Bertha, dearly beloved wife of the late Alfred (Alfie), 13 Bells Terrace, Castledawson, much loved sister of Nat and the late Tommy, Willie-John, Agnes, May & Joe, also a much loved aunt and great-aunt. Funeral service was held in Christ Church Castledawson on Tuesday, May 11, followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard. Will be ever so sadly missed by the entire Family Circle.

YOUNG – April 30, 2021 (peacefully) at his home, after a long illness courageously fought, Noel, 23 Carraloan Road, Magherafelt, dearly loved son of the late Sammy and Vera, loving brother of Margaret, Gordon, Selina, Eileen, Ruth and the late John Wallace and also a much loved uncle and great-uncle. Funeral took place from his home on Sunday, May 2, followed by burial in Woodschapel Parish Churchyard.
