BEATTIE - It is with great sadness that Knockloughrim Presbyterian Women learned of the passing of their founder and esteemed member, Evelyn Beattie.  Our prayers are with her daughter Jacqueline, son Clifford and daughter-in-law Sheila, sister Shady (Ewing) and grandchildren Ellie and  Molly.  "For by grace are ye saved through faith."

TOMB – April 7, 2018, surrounded by his loving family, (peacefully), at his home, 52 Kilrea Road, Upperlands, William Churchill (Billy), much loved husband of Jean, loving father of Linda, Helen, Wilma, William and Nelson, dear father-in-law of Lee, Lindsay and Kathryn, devoted granda of Daniel, Hugo and Eva and dearest brother of Peggy.  A Service of Thanksgiving for Billy's life was held on Monday, April 9, in St. Lurach’s Parish Church, Maghera, preceded by a private burial in the adjoining churchyard. GRANT nee McMurray, (Castledawson) – March 30, 2018, Teresa, R.I.P. much loved wife of the late John, dearly loved mother of John and Jacqueline, dear mother-in-law of Nigel and loving grandmother of Aymen, Joseph and Charlotte.  Requiem Mass was held on April 2 in St. Patrick’s Church, Castledawson, followed by interment in St. John’s Cemetery, Milltown. McGUIGAN (Cahore) – March 14, 2018, (peacefully) at Antrim Hospital, Anna Patricia, R.I.P, formerly of Cahore Road, Draperstown, latterly of Marina Care Home, Ballyronan, daughter of the late James and Bridget, much loved sister of Mary (McCullagh), Margaret (McDade) and the late Patsy, Jim, Joseph, Colum and Eileen.  Funeral mass was held in Straw Church, Friday March 16, followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard.
